Abstract

The concept of emotional intelligence is one of the concepts that has attracted the attention of psychologists in different ways in order to know the nature of intelligence, both with regard to its formation of mental ability or the sum of independent abilities. And Gardner, and Jensen, that intelligence is a set of abilities called different types of intelligence, such as mechanical, practical, interpersonal, and so on.
The term emotional intelligence was used for the first time in Payne's doctoral study (1989), but the actual interest in emotional intelligence in the modern era was at the hands of Howard Gardens in (1983) when he presented his theory of multiple intelligences in which he divided the intelligences
