Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the strategic planning in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, by reviewing the following variables: "vision, mission, objectives, environmental analysis, governing values, application and implementation of the strategy, evaluation and control of the strategy" in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait. The study population was the professors of different disciplines in the various scientific departments at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, which they are 91 professors at the time of applying this study in the academic year 2021/2022, and the sample was 59 professors. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey approach was followed, by designing a questionnaire consisting of 55 questions distributed on the seven variables: vision, mission, objectives, environmental analysis, governing values, implementation and implementation of the strategy, evaluation and control of the strategy. This study concluded that there is a statistical indication in the variables of the study indicating that the strategic planning is proceeding in a clear and good manner in the College of Basic Education.
