The study adopted a qualitative approach, and used interview for data collection. A sample of (19) participants (11 employee, and 8) education experts) were purposely chosen. The results indicated many obstacles that limit the civil society institutions from performing their educational role. For example, a lack of financial support; weak of societal awareness of the educational role-played by the civil society institutions; weak collaboration and partnership between the institutions and government, and private sector; a lack of human competencies, as well as a lack of volunteers.
