The study aimed to reveal the role of using synchronous e-learning in developing digital thinking skills and values of digital citizenship among students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Al-Balqa Applied University. The descriptive approach was followed on a sample of (120) male and female students from the students of Educational Sciences. They were represented by a questionnaire consisting of (18) indicators to measure digital thinking skills, and the second consisted of (18) indicators to know the values of digital citizenship among the study sample. The results showed that the total arithmetic means of the responses of the search sample for indicators of digital thinking skills requirements required for students of the College of Educational Sciences at Al-Balqa Applied University came with an arithmetic mean of (2.68) and with an average agreement degree, and that the total arithmetic means of the responses of the search sample for indicators of the requirements of digital citizenship values necessary for students of the College of Education Educational sciences at Al-Balqa Applied University during the use of communication sites and the Internet came with an arithmetic average of (3.68) and a degree of agreement to a large extent. The study recommended providing digital training programs for students of the College of Educational Sciences that enhance their digital skills and develop their ability to think digitally. And activate the use of synchronized electronic educational programs in virtual classrooms.
