Abstract

University education in light of the formation of the knowledge society after the information and technological revolution witnessed by contemporary societies is one of the most important stages of education that works to prepare trained and qualified scientific cadres to lead the institutions of society, and a basic pillar for productive community development, and investing in it is saving in the human element, which is the most important thing it possesses That is, the society seeks to advance and reach its best goals and objectives. This is what made the various societies, developed and developing alike, to make university education at the top of their priorities, taking into account the difference in the degree of that concern between developed and developing societies. Therefore, interest in university education is not an intellectual luxury, rather it is an inevitable necessity and a matter of destiny.
