Abstract

research is to identify the professional development needs of chemistry teachers in the light of specialized professional standards in the Tabuk region. The research community and its sample included all female chemistry teachers in the Tabuk region, and they numbered (119) female teachers, of whom (72) responded to the research tool. During a questionnaire prepared on the specialized professional standards for chemistry teachers and their indicators, according to the document issued by the Evaluation and Education Authority 2020. The study concluded that the need for professional development for chemistry teachers in the scientific and educational field is great.
