The study aimed at the Islamic rooting of the cooperative learning strategy, by identifying the philosophical and theoretical origins of the cooperative learning strategy. Analytical descriptive, and the study reached a number of results, including: that cooperative learning is considered one of the positive methods that have proven their efficiency and compatibility with the approved traditional teaching methods, and the study also confirmed that cooperative learning is an Islamic approach approved since the time of the Prophet, and Islam preceded others to care Through cooperative learning in different forms and various methods, to achieve the purification of the soul, enjoy life, and acquire morals, and with it the best results of progress and prosperity are achieved. The study recommended highlighting the importance of cooperative learning in the Islamic religion, and stressed the importance of linking cooperative learning strategies with Islamic thought to acquire its Islamic identity It also encouraged attention to the study of educational curricula in Islam throughout the different Islamic eras.
