The paper aimed to address the features of servant leadership in contemporary educational institutions, and to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used in its documentary style. The second axis dealt with the features of servant leadership in Islam, while the third axis presented the most prominent principles required to activate the servant leadership in contemporary educational institutions. The paper concluded with a conclusion containing the most important findings, recommendations and suggestions
