the study aimed to identify the reality of the digital transformation of educational supervision in the Ministry of education and education departments in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, highlighted the requirements of digital transformation, and the difficulties facing the digital transformation of educational supervision, and also aimed to identify whether there are significant differences between the average responses of the study sample depending on the- Experience in educational supervision-courses in digital transformation), the study was applied to a sample of the study community amounting to (660) ministerial supervisors in the General Administration of educational supervision, directors of Education offices and their supervisors in education departments in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the study used the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire is a tool for the study, and the study found that the following results: The reality of the digital transformation of educational supervision was with an average score (3.20 out of 5) and that the phrase: transactions are handled through an electronic program, received the highest average and a high score. The difficulties facing digital transformation were high (3.94 out of 5) and the phrase: the high supervisory burden, which limits the professional development of digital, received the highest average and a high degree, The requirements for the digital transformation of educational supervision were high (3.97 out of 5), and the phrase: providing the appropriate electronic platforms and programs for the implementation of supervisory methods, received the highest average and a high degree, There are statistically significant differences according to gender in Favor of females in the axis of reality, and in favor of males in the axis of requirements, but in the axis of difficulties there are no differences between them, There are significant differences in the difference between the current work in favor of the general supervisors in the reality axis, difficulties, and in favor of office managers in the requirements axis, There are significant differences in the difference of experience in favor of (less than 5 years) in the two axes of difficulties and requirements, and there are significant differences in favor of (5 to 10 years) in all axes, There are significant differences between the different courses in the digital transformation in favor of (more than 3 courses) in the two axes of reality, and the requirements. As for the axis of difficulties, there are no differences between them
