The study aimed to identify the role of the community of practice in supporting knowledge sharing in the military sectors. The researcher used the survey descriptive method. The research community consisted of all the leaders and managers who were actually attendees at the King Abdullah Air Defense College during the conduct of the study. There were (89) leaders and managers, For the year 1444 AH. The research used the questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data for the research. The number of questionnaires retrieved was (45) questionnaire to represent the basic research sample. The study reached many results, the most important of which is that there is a high degree of knowledge sharing in the military sectors (King Abdullah Air Defense College) and there is also a great support from the community of practice in sharing knowledge within the military sectors represented by leaders and managers (King Abdullah Air Defense College).The study has recommended many recommendations, most notably, the need to increase the leadership's interest in documenting the experiences of its distinguished employees who are about to retire and to make these experiences available to those involved internally in the college. The study, also, has recommended to increase interest in documenting new knowledge and innovations produced by KAADA internally and to making them available to stakeholders by establishing an internal digital repository for the college, and accordingly, creating a work environment with sources of information and knowledge that are open to all employees to increase knowledge sharing.
