The study aimed develop the performance of academic leaders at the University of Tabuk in the light of digital leadership. The study population consisted of all academic leaders and faculty members in the faculties of Tabuk University (headquarters), whose number is (1202), and the study sample consisted of (355) academic leaders and faculty. They were chosen randomly, and the descriptive survey method and questionnaire were used to collect data. The results of the study showed: The Reality of the Performance of Academic Leaders at the University of Tabuk in the light of digital leadership in general and in all Dimensions was Average, as the Arithmetic Mean was (3.22). Among the most Prominent Recommendations of the Study: the Adoption of the Proposed Vision by the Senior Management of the University of Tabuk, with Attention to Creating Appropriate Conditions, Providing all the Necessary Requirements for its Implementation, and Overcoming all Obstacles that Impede the Implementation of the Proposed Vision; So that it Helps to Apply it Optimally.
