The study concluded a number of results represented in the effectiveness of designing a participatory learning environment in developing programming skills among middle school students based on the average earning ratio equation, and the presence of a significant effect of improvement in the programming skills acquired by students as a result of using a participatory learning environment based on the equation of effect size eta square, There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group members on the pre-application and their average scores on the direct post-application of the performance evaluation card, in favor of the direct post-application. The post-deferred application of the performance evaluation card, and the study recommended a number of recommendations represented in the implementation of a training course for teachers on how to provide students with programming skills using the participatory learning environment, providing the necessary techniques for designing the participatory learning environment in schools, providing material and moral incentives for teachers who use the participatory learning environment, Providing a printed guide that helps teachers to design and use a collaborative learning environment in providing students with computer software, and conducting other research on the effectiveness of designing a collaborative learning environment in providing students with programming skills in other educational stages.
