الكفايات التقنية للقائد التربوي في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء التجربة السنغافورية (تصور مقترح)

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع امتلاك القائد التربوي للكفايات التقنية في المملكة العربية السعودية، والتعرف على متطلبات هذه الكفايات، ومعوقات امتلاكها، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للدراسة، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من المجتمع المتمثل في جميع قائدات مدارس التعليم العام بالمرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض التابعة لوزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد بلغ حجم العينة (119) قائدة، واختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة توافر أبعاد الكفايات التقنية بدرجة (عالية) بشكل عام بين أفراد العينة، كما أسفرت النتائج أن حاجة القادة التربويين لمتطلبات الكفايات التقنية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) بشكل عام. وبينت أيضا أن تأثير المعوقات على امتلاك القائد التربوي للكفايات التقنية كان بدرجة (عالية) بشكل عام.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة، قُدِمت مجموعة من التوصيات، وتصورا مقترحا للكفايات التقنية في ضوء التجربة السنغافورية المتميزة.

Technical competencies of the educational leader in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the Singaporean experience (a proposed scenario)

The study aims to identify the reality of possessing the technical competencies within educational leader in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the requirements of these competencies, and the obstacles to possessing them. This study used the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information from the society, all secondary school female leaders in Riyadh. The sample size was (119) leaders, which was chosen in a simple random way.
The results of the study reveal that the dimensions of the technical competencies are generally high among the members of the study sample. The results also showed that the educational leaders' need for the requirements of the technical competencies was generally (medium). It also showed that the effect of the obstacles on the educational leader's possession of technical competencies was generally high.
In the light of the findings of the study, a set of recommendations and a suggested scenario for technical competencies were presented in the light of Singapore's distinctive experience.
