The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to focus on monitoring faculty members regarding teaching skills and developing multimedia content to address deficiencies. The importance of finding a specialized technical support system to address any technical defect in the devices. Organizing workshops and ongoing training courses for faculty members at Northern Border University on how to use digital education and the technological programs and devices available there. Evaluating the impact of using digital education on the level of learners’ satisfaction and academic achievement and making the necessary adjustments to improve the quality of education.
