Objectives: identifying degree of practicing organizational intelligence in its dimensions in view of Karl Albrecht Model among general education school principals from point of view of female teachers, and to reveal statistical differences between responses of study sample members towards practicing organizational intelligence in its dimensions attributed to variables (Stage of study, educational qualification, and years of service).
Methodology: Descriptive survey method was adopted, and questionnaire was applied as a tool on a sample of female general education teachers in three stages (primary, intermediate, and secondary) numbering (385) teachers.
Results: The study has reached the following results:
- The practice of organizational intelligence in its dimensions in view of Karl Albrecht Model has achieved a high degree of practice.
- There are statistically significant differences between responses of the study sample members towards practicing organizational intelligence in its dimensions, due to educational stage variable in favor of female teachers in primary stage، and due to academic qualification variable in favor of female teachers who hold a bachelor’s degree, whereas there are no significant differences due to variable years of service.
Recommendations: In view of the results, research recommends the following:
- Establishing a department specialized in organizational intelligence in education management departments in various regions by Ministry of Education to support applications and practices of organizational intelligence in public education schools.
- Developing an organizational guide by education departments that clarifies roles and responsibilities of school principals and teachers to enhance these practices and raise the level of organizational intelligence in schools.
- Developing a system to reward and motivate organizational intelligence practices by the Ministry of Education for all school employees and link it to the results of performance evaluation.
- Employing modern artificial intelligence applications by school principals to support their organizational intelligence practices in general education schools.
