The aim of the research was to identify the role of administrative empowerment in achieving institutional excellence in the Muhayil Asir Education Department. The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a research tool. It was applied to a sample of male and female administrators in the Muhayil Asir Education Department, amounting to (213) members. Its results resulted in the agreement of the members of the research sample about the role of administrative empowerment and its dimensions. (After delegating authority, after motivating administrators, and after participating in decision-making and taking) in achieving institutional excellence in managing Mahayel Asir education with a degree of approval (large); There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of members of the research sample on the role of administrative empowerment and its dimensions in achieving institutional excellence in the management of Muhayil Asir education due to the variable (gender and years of experience). A number of proposed mechanisms were reached for the role of administrative empowerment in achieving institutional excellence in the management of Mahayil Education. Including identifying the appropriate person for delegation according to scientific and administrative competencies, and holding workshops on the importance of using modern delegation methods. Holding meetings to determine the tasks that have been accomplished and what things can be improved, and organizing periodic meetings to celebrate distinguished workers for achieving the desired goal. Developing a clear plan to train management personnel on the use of modern technical means in the process of collecting data and information, and training administrators to identify the main causes of the problem and ways to confront them. Among the research recommendations: holding periodic meetings for administrators about the characteristics of the distinguished institution that seeks to achieve the satisfaction of stakeholders through its achievements to achieve institutional excellence in it, forming a team within the administration to lead the quality of performance and develop its institutional performance, and carrying out the necessary awareness-raising operations on the importance of achieving excellence and quality in Performance and adopting a culture supportive of institutional development with the support of the institution’s senior management, and organizing workshops on the institution’s self-evaluation stage, through which it is able to know the strengths and weaknesses in the various areas of work in it, and know its current status, its various capabilities and capabilities, and its needs and requirements towards achieving excellence and quality. desired performance
