The objective of this research is to evaluate questions of faculty in the College of Business Administration at the University of blonde in the construction and preparation of the achievement tests, which pops up with him several questions members as follows:.

To answer research questions, the researcher using descriptive and analytical approach and then he built a questionnaire tool consists of five axes (the year the output of a paper test) and includes a 10 vertebrae, the diversity of questions and depth of knowledge size and includes (15) items, inclusiveness and a table of specifications and include to (4) paragraphs) and the axis of content validity and includes (3) paragraphs and conclusion and include (2) paragraphs have been applying this resolution on the (74) model of models tests submitted questions for students during final exams of the second semester of the year 1437 AH, the researcher used statistical analysis software SPSS in data processing researcher reached the following conclusions:. That the application of the faculty members for the application of the achievement test of good design criteria level was average, which came after a year, the output of a paper test in rank first and then night after totalitarianism and the specification table in second place and then after the content sincerity in third place and then after the finale in fourth place and then after diversification questions and depth of Knowledge in the fifth and final place, and all of these dimensions came largely achieved except medium after the diversity and depth cognitive questions came degree check is weak. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the sample attributed to the sex and that there is no difference between the teaching of male and female faculty members.
