Abstract:
             The research aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of visual arts graduates with their qualification in professional skills programs to prepare them for the labor market, determine the connection of the labor market with the acquired skills of visual arts graduates, and measure the extent to which visual arts graduates’ benefit from their artistic skills in the labor market and the compatibility of their professions with their specializations. The research used the method Descriptive, and the research relied on the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data, and the study sample consisted of (14) individuals, The results of the research found that there is a gap between the suitability of the outputs of the visual arts program in Saudi universities with the requirements of the labor market in terms of administrative and marketing. The results of the research presented the possibility of enhancing female graduates’ engagement with entrepreneurial ceramic projects in accordance with the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research recommended the necessity of working on graduating female students. Qualifications to fill desired positions in the labor market by focusing on matching outputs with labor market requirements, and paying attention to the administrative, marketing, and investment specializations of the artistic product. Keywords: professional skills, female graduates, visual arts, labor market.
