he level of classroom management’s contribution to the quality of secondary education outcomes in the city of N’Djamena From the teachers’ point of view in light of some variables
The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of classroom management in the quality of Secondary Education outputs in the city of N'djamena, from the point of view of teachers in the light of variables (type, experience, degree, training) where the researchers used the descriptive curriculum and questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample of teachers amounted to (97) teachers applied to them electronically and the results of the study the gender variant of the male.
- The value of the calculated statistical significance level (t), whose Tabular value (2.042) reached its total score (0.0807), which is greater than the value of (0.05 a=), which indicates that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the quality level related to grade management.
- The value of the calculated statistical significance level (t), whose Tabular value (2.042) reached its total score (0.0818), which is greater than the value of (0.05 a=), which indicates that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the level of order keeping within the class.
- The value of the calculated statistical significance level (t), whose Tabular value (2.042) reached its total score (0.022 -), which is greater than the value of (0.05 a=), which indicates that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the level of social and emotional climate within the class.
* Among the recommendations of the study:
- The need to pay attention to training courses for teachers on classroom management skills؛
- Teaching the subject of classroom management in all departments of higher teachers ' institutes and colleges of Education؛
- Urging teachers to pay attention to effective methods of classroom management during daily lessons؛
- Conducting qualification courses in classroom management for teachers who have not graduated from the faculties of Education؛
- Solving the problem of overcrowding of students in classrooms at all educational stages. Keywords: classroom management, quality of education, secondary education in the city of N'Djamena.
