The study aimed to reveal the degree to which educational supervisors in the Al-Makhwah Education Department applied the fields of digital transformation (electronic communication, electronic training) from the point of view of the study sample. The study used the descriptive analytical method, as it is the appropriate method to achieve the objectives of the study. The study population consisted of all educational supervisors in the Al-Makhwah Education Department, who numbered (115) educational supervisors. Due to the small size of the study, it was applied to all members of the original study population using a comprehensive enumeration method, and the sample size was (115) educational supervisors. The questionnaire was used in the current research in accordance with the objectives of the study, and the questionnaire included two sections: The first section: general data for the sample members, namely: years of service in educational supervision, training courses in the field of digital transformation. The second section is in the areas of digital transformation: the first axis is the field of electronic communication for digital transformation, the second axis: the field of electronic training for digital transformation. Among the most prominent findings of the study: the presence of statistically significant differences for the two axes of the study according to the variable of training courses in the field of digital transformation. The differences in all aspects of the study were in favor of supervisors with more than 10 years of experience.
