The study aimed to reveal the degree of school principals' practice of the integrated management system in Al-Baha region and its relationship to the level of teacher’s achievement motivation from their perspective, and to show statistically significant differences between the mean of the study sample’s responses due to the different categories of variables, which are (academic qualification, number of years of experience, and educational stage). The descriptive correlational approach was used, and the study tool consisted of a questionnaire composed of two fields, the first one investigated the degree of school principals' practice of the integrated management system with its three dimensions, which are (Quality management system, Environmental management system, and Occupational Health and Safety management system) according to ISO specifications, and the second field investigated the level of teacher’s achievement motivation. The sample of study was (386) teachers from boys’ educational schools in Al-Baha region. The study reached several results, the most important of that is the degree of school principals' practice of the integrated management system was high, with (M=3.63, SD=1.13). Similarly, the level of teacher’s achievement motivation was high, with (M= 4.10, SD=0.94). Also,the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) in the mean responses of the study sample, whether regarding the degree of school principals' practice of the integrated management system or the level of teacher’s achievement motivation, due to the differences in the demographic variables of the study sample. In addition of that,the results also presented a strong, positive, and statistically significant correlation at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05), estimated at (0.76), between the degree of school principals' practice of the integrated management system and the level of teacher’s achievement motivation. The study recommended a number of recommendations, which are the importance of expanding the scope of practicing the integrated management system in the schools, increasing the empowerment of school principals to practice this system through effective organizational policies, and the dimensions of this system must be including in strategic plans and following up on this through periodic evaluations.
