The study aimed to identify the role of computer technologies in developing secondary school management processes in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, and the obstacles that prevent the use of computer technologies in developing secondary school management processes in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, and to determine the extent to which there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members due to the two variables ( Years of experience in school administration, number of training courses in the field of computers), and proposals for the use of computer technologies in the development of school management processes. The descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the required information from the research community, which consisted of all leaders and agents of secondary schools for boys in Al-Qunfudah Governorate, which numbered (84) principals and agents. The study concluded that the research community members agreed on the role of the use of computer technologies in developing secondary school management processes in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate to a large extent. The operations of secondary school management in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, and it also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the research community members due to the variables (years of experience in school management, and the number of training courses in the field of computer). In light of the results, some recommendations were presented, including: organizing training courses for school leaders and agents to develop the use of modern technologies in school management processes, and providing material and moral incentives that contribute to increasing the level of school leaders’ motivation in using computer technologies to develop school management processes.
