دور القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الباحة في تعزيز كفاءة البحث العلمي في ضوء مدخل التخطيط الاستراتيجي

The study aimed to identify the role of academic leaders at Al Baha University in enhancing the efficiency of scientific research in the light of the strategic planning approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting study data and it consisted of (35) paragraphs distributed over 6 areas (the field of funding scientific research, the administrative field, the technical field, the field of training and professional development, facilitating arbitration and publishing procedures, and enhancing the roles of scientific research). The results of the study showed that the role of academic leaders at Al-Baha University in enhancing the efficiency of scientific research in the light of an approach.The strategic planning came to a medium degree with a mean of (2.94) and a standard deviation of (0.94), and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of the function (α ≥ 0.05) in the degree of appreciation of the study sample members to the degree of the role of academic leaders at Al Baha University in enhancing the efficiency of scientific research In light of the strategic planning approach from the point of view of faculty members according to the variables (gender - nationality - college - rank - years of experience - number of research), and in light of the results, the study recommends building programs and establishing research communities for faculty members at Al Baha University.
