The study aimed to reveal the reality of the practice of faculty members of the skill of teamwork from the point of view of the graduates of the Faculty of Science at the Northern Borders University, and the study used the descriptive survey methodology, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study was prepared by the researcher and identified its axes and dimensions according to the axes of the study. The study community is represented by all 109 female graduates of the Faculty of Science at Northern Borders University. The weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequencies, percentages, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach alpha stability coefficient, and monovariance analysis were used in the process of analyzing the responses of the study population.
The results of the study showed that the faculty members in the Faculty of Science at the Northern Borders University practice the skill of teamwork with a high degree with an arithmetic average (4.09).The most teamwork skills practiced by faculty members; the skill of negotiation was with a high degree with an arithmetic average (4.14), followed by the skill of cooperation in second place with an arithmetic average (4.09), the skill of communication with an arithmetic average of (4.05).
