Proposed vision for strengthening of job security for the private schools teachers Makkah city, in light of Corona pandemic, from their point of view

The research aims to identify the reality and requirements of job security for the private schools teachers Makkah city, in light of Corona pandemic, from their point of view, in order to present a proposed vision to enhance job security for private school teachers in Almukarramah city in light of the Corona pandemic. To achieve these goals, the descriptive survey method was used, as well as a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study was applied to a sample of private school teachers in Makkah Almukarramah city, whom were (328) male and female teachers. The results of the study concluded that the reality of enhancing job security for private school teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah city in light of the Corona pandemic, from their point of view, was medium and that the requirements of job security for private school's teachers in Makkah Almukarramah came in a (high) degree as well as on both dimensions (organizational requirements and personal requirements). The study also presented a proposed vision to enhance job security for private school teachers in Makkah Almukarramah city in light of the Corona pandemic.
