The level of sense of security among private school employees in Tabuk in light of some variables

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of feeling of job security in the dimensions (human, social, moral, economic, political) in private education schools in the city of Tabuk for boys and girls in its three stages (primary, middle and secondary) and its relationship with some variables; To achieve its objectives, the study used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the study sample consisted of (526) employees of private education schools in Tabuk city, and the study reached a set of results, most notably: The average level of the feeling of job security among the employees of private schools from the point of view of the employees of private schools in its three stages in the city of Tabuk, with a score of (agree), the existence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members (the human dimension, the second: the social dimension, the fifth: the political dimension) There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members in (ethical dimension - fourth: economic dimension) attributed to the gender variable, in favor of (males), there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members attributed to the variable of the number of years of service, in favor of (ten years and more), there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members attributed to the variable of the job title, in favor of (teachers) employees of private schools.
