Corporate Talent Management and its Relationship to Achieving Competitive Advantage in Private Boys' Schools in Riyadh

The study aimed to identify the reality of applying corporate talent management in private schools for boys in Riyadh, and to determine the degree of achieving competitive advantage in private secondary schools in Riyadh, revealing the relationship between the reality of applying corporate talent management and the degree of achieving competitive advantage in private secondary schools in Riyadh. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach with its survey and correlational methods, and the questionnaire as a study tool that was applied to a sample of (200) principals of private schools for boys in Riyadh. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the reality of applying corporate talent management in private schools in Riyadh was high with an arithmetic mean of (3.85), and the degree of achieving competitive advantage in private schools for boys in Riyadh was high, as the arithmetic mean was (3.98). The study also revealed the existence of a statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.05 ≥ α) between the reality of applying corporate talent management and the degree of achieving competitive advantage in private schools for boys in Riyadh, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 ≥ α) between the average answers of the study members regarding the reality of applying corporate talent management and the degree of achieving The competitive advantage in private schools in Riyadh is attributed to the study variables (academic qualifications and administrative work experience). The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: reconsidering the wage and benefits system in private boys' schools in Riyadh by restructuring it to account for differences in competence and skills, thus contributing to attracting talent. Furthermore, reducing the tasks assigned to talented individuals in private boys' schools in Riyadh will enable them to satisfy their needs and develop their talents through self-learning, in addition to utilizing them to train other school staff. Furthermore, creating clear paths for professional growth that provide talented individuals with opportunities for career advancement and leadership positions within schools, should be linked to their performance and development.
