The study aimed to examine the reality of investing in intellectual products and services as digital endowments and to identify the fundamental requirements necessary for activating their role in funding Saudi universities. A descriptive survey field method was employed, using a questionnaire that consisted of two dimensions and 38 items. The study population included administrative leaders in development and quality, central library affairs, e-transactions (e-learning), the Research Services Unit in scientific research, as well as directors of endowment resource development in university endowments. The sample comprised 14 participants from four Saudi universities: King Saud University in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Taibah University in Medina, and Majmaah University in Al-Majmaah.
