The study aimed to identify the relationship between the level of cybersecurity awareness and the level of commitment to educational values among secondary school female students in the Asir Education Directorate. The researcher employed the descriptive correlational approach, and a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The study sample consisted of (385) female students from secondary schools in the Asir region, selected through simple random sampling. The results revealed that the level of cybersecurity awareness among secondary school students was high, with a mean score of (3.74). The level of commitment to educational values was also high, with a mean score of (3.62). Furthermore, a positive correlation was found between the level of cybersecurity awareness and the level of commitment to educational values among secondary school female students, with a correlation coefficient of (0.553). In light of these results, the study recommends integrating cybersecurity concepts with educational values in curricula (such as digital honesty, responsibility in using technology, and respect for others’ privacy). It also recommends formulating clear school policies related to safe Internet use and electronic behavior rules that link cybersecurity with commitment to educational values.
