A proposed electronic training program to develop creative teaching skills for science teachers in the intermediate stage in Hail in the light of their training needs

The objective of the current research is to prepare a proposed training program electronically to develop the teaching performance skills of science teachers in the intermediate stage in the city of Hail in a creative way. teaching; and a questionnaire for identifying training needs, which consisted of four areas, namely (the planning skills for teaching creatively, the implementation skills for teaching creatively; the evaluation skills for teaching creatively; and the creative teaching skills associated with fluency; and through their application to a sample of science teachers in the intermediate stage in the city of Hail members of public schools in the academic year 1444 AH / 2023 AD; the strength of which was (20) teachers; and the results of the questionnaire showed that the degree of training need for the skills of teaching performance in a creative way in its four axes was great; which confirms its importance and the need for training on it for the research sample, and in the light of this Results A proposed training program was designed electronically to develop the teaching performance skills of science teachers in the intermediate stage in the city of Hail in a creative way. In light of this, the research recommended a set of recommendations for professional development to develop the teaching performance skills of science teachers in the intermediate stage in Hail in a creative way, and a number of proposals were presented for future research.
