The extent of female teachers’ commitment to professional standards in light of Vision 2030 from the point of view of female educational supervisors in the General Administration of Education in Asir “Abha”

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify m Measure the range of compliance the teachers to professional standards in align with vision 2030 from perspective of educational supervisors in the Abha Education Department and observed whether there are significant differences depending on the variable of (academic qualification, years of experience).
In order to achieve the study's objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive approach in his survey style, and a data collection, a questionnaire was designed required three-axis, and applying to a sample of 69 educational supervisors in the Abha Education Department.
The results of this survey were as follow: the overall rating of female teachers’ compliance with professional standards in align of the vision of 2030 from the perspective of the educational supervisors looked at an average of 2.66 and a very high score of responsive. Also, it was observed there is no statistically significant differences between the average score of the teachers according to the variables of (academic qualification, years of experience).
