The research aimed to determine the degree to which secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait possess twenty-first century skills. The descriptive analytical approach was used. In light of this, a questionnaire was prepared that included (42) statements distributed over (3) axes: learning and innovation skills, information technology skills, and methods. Media, life skills and career. It was applied to a sample size of (420) male and female teachers, and the results revealed that the teachers’ estimate of their possession of skills related to learning, innovation, and skills related to information technology and media came to a moderate degree, while their estimate of their possession of life and profession skills came to a high degree. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample’s estimates of their possession of twenty-first century skills according to the gender variable, while differences were found according to the academic qualification variable in favor of those with postgraduate qualifications, and differences were also found according to the number of years of experience variable in favor of teachers who have Years of experience (10 years or more).
