Abstract
 
The study aimed to reveal the level of psychological capital among a sample of students at King Khalid University in Mahayil Asir Governorate. The study followed the descriptive, causal-comparative approach, and the study used the psychological capital measure (prepared by the researchers), It was applied to a stratified random sample of students at King Khalid University in Mahayil Asir Governorate, which amounted to (649) male and female students, including (297) males and (352) females. The results showed that the level of psychological capital (dimensions and total score) in the sample The lesson came in high, The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the psychological capital scale (dimensions and total score) among students at King Khalid University in Mahayil Asir due to the variables of gender (males - females) in favor of males, and specialization (theoretical - practical). ) For the benefit of students in scientific colleges.
