This study aimed to identify the practices followed in the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Saudi educational institutions, examined the challenges associated with it, and assessed the effectiveness of these practices in improving the quality of education. Additionally, the research sought to pinpoint gaps, strengths, and weaknesses in the application of TQM, analyzed the role of leadership and resources in the successful implementation of TQM, and explored future trends for TQM application in Saudi education. The study employed document analysis as its primary methodology, analyzed a wide range of documents, and conducted interviews with several officials and teachers. The findings indicated that while efforts were made to implement TQM in Saudi Arabia, further efforts were required to strengthen its application. Key challenges identified included weak leadership commitment, insufficient resources, and difficulties faced by administrations in promoting TQM practices. The study recommended enhancing leadership commitment at all levels, providing necessary resources, developing training programs for teachers and administrators, and involving all stakeholders in the change process.
