The study aimed to explore the perspectives of faculty members at the College of Education, University of Hail, regarding the challenges faced by Saudi women with disabilities in contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher adopted a descriptive methodology and designed research tools tailored to them. These tools included a questionnaire developed to gather the opinions of special education specialists about the challenges encountered by Saudi women with disabilities. The questionnaire was implemented after undergoing validation and was distributed to a randomly selected sample to identify these challenges. A set of statistical methods, including the calculation of the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and F-value, was employed to analyze the data and derive the results. The statistical analyses highlighted the challenges confronting Saudi women with disabilities. The results, as illustrated in the tables, indicated that the arithmetic mean for all domains was high, signifying the existence of significant challenges. The six domains were ranked logically, with the third domain—"the enabling environment for participation" ranking first with an arithmetic mean of 4.51. This was followed by the domains of healthcare, educational services, cultural aspects, and financial support. Meanwhile, the domain of "laws and legislation" scored the lowest arithmetic mean of 3.65. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most notable of which were enhancing the legal awareness of women with disabilities and supporting their education and empowerment, ensuring they are treated equally to their non-disabled peers.
