Investment mechanisms in technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the dimensions of the orange economy

The research aimed to determine investment mechanisms in technical colleges in light of the dimensions of the orange economy (talent, intellectual property, and cultural economy). The descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (409) members. The research concluded the importance of financing recreational activities and investing in the contributions of talented and innovative people. Implementing an endowment system based on the orange economy; It was recommended to pay attention to recreational activities in the facilities of technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pay attention to standards for identifying talented people in technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, create new specializations that support the orange economy in technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, increase support for innovators from members of technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and implement A system for endowments in technical colleges based on the orange economy.
The research suggested conducting more similar studies using new independent variables to identify investment mechanisms in technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the orange economy and conducting more studies on investment mechanisms in technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the orange economy through different new samples and different colleges. And conducting various studies on financing and privatization mechanisms in technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the orange economy.
