according to the weakness of publishing in the field of education in international journals and periodicals, which reflects negatively on the institution’s reputation and international ranking.
 It is also noted that the rates of international publishing among faculty members in colleges of education is low, which confirms the existence of a set of challenges and obstacles that require the contribution of scientific research to uncovering them in order to find out their causes and ways to overcome it.
Based on that, the study attempts to analyze the most prominent challenges and obstacles to international publishing in educational scientific journals in light of the advancement and development of the Arab Impact Factor. Therefore, the study attempts to analyze the challenges associated with educational scientific publishing and those related to the Impact Factor.
