Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the effect of My School Qur’an Application in developing the recitation skills of sixth-grade female students. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the procedural intervention with a quasi-experimental design in applying the study tools represented in the note card that shows the students’ performance in applying recitation skills, which include (correct recitation, application of intonation and memorization). The study tool was applied to a sample of (18) female students in the sixth grade of primary school. The study indicated an improvement effect in developing the required Holy Qur’an recitation skills (correct recitation, intonation, and memorization) among sixth-grade female students using “My School’s Qur’an Application. The study also recommended the necessity of employing modern educational applications in learning the skills of the Holy Qur’an because of their impact on developing the skills of reciting the Holy Qur’an.
