Abstract

This Study Aimed At Exploring The Requirements of The Sustainable Professional Development for Bisha University Teaching Staff And Their Assistants From Their own Point of View Reaching A Suggested Proposal Helping Achieve These Requirements. A Questionnaire of Six Dimensions Including Designing Educational Curriculum, Teaching Strategies, Scientific Research Skills, University Communication And Community Partnership, Evaluation Skills, And University Leadership and Administration. Results Showed That Compared to Female Group, The Male Group Was More In Need For Sustainable Professional Development in The Dimension of University Leadership And Administration. Moreover, There Were Statistically Significant Differences Due To The Variable of Training Programs In Favor of The Group That Didn’t Receive Training Programs. Finally, There Was A Distinctive Need for all the Dimensions of The Study In The Sample Through It’s All Levels.
