Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the role of knowledge management in achieving the dimensions of organizational creativity (problem sensitivity, risk-taking, and fluency) among kindergarten principals in Riyadh. The descriptive method was used, and the research was applied to 508 kindergarten principals in Riyadh. The total number of public kindergarten teachers was 2,717, while the number of private kindergarten teachers was 2,674. Additionally, the study included 59 kindergarten supervisors from the 15 education offices in Riyadh. A questionnaire was used as the research tool. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of public and private kindergarten principals on the questionnaire as a whole, based on the type of kindergarten (public or private). However, there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the group of principals with 5 to 10 years of experience and those with more than 10 years of experience on the questionnaire as a whole, in favor of the group with more than 10 years of experience. The researcher explained that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of kindergarten principals in Riyadh on the questionnaire as a whole, attributed to the differences in their educational level (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Master’s, or Doctorate), with the higher educational qualification favoring those with a higher level of education.
